Simply complete our application with general personal information regarding who will occupy the property and submit for approval to Holli Carter via email or text. Next, you will receive an e-mail with a link to complete the online background check through transunion My Smart Move. A fee of $44 will be charged by My Smart Move to complete the process and a report will be sent to us for consideration.  

We can usually review and make a decision same day, sometimes even

giving you keys to your new home within 24 in hours if approved.
